Jeff presented on “Hiring an Employee With a Non-Compete Agreement – Including the Latest Cases, Trends, Traps and Strategies.” In his session, Jeff discussed the legal risks and decisions that need to be made when an employer wants to hire an employee with a non-compete agreement.
