JEFF OBERMAN’S CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION AND OTHER PRESENTATIONS

Since 1980, Jeff has regularly presented for several legal education organizations and numerous other business, human resource, and risk management organizations.  He has presented annually at Minnesota Institute of Legal Education, Minnesota State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, National Counsel of Self-Insurers, National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, Minnesota Safety Council – Minnesota Safety and Health Conference on Americans with Disabilities Act, and/or other organizations on the following topics:  workers’ compensation issues; employment law issues relating to hiring, managing and terminating employees;  Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990; Civil Rights Act of 1991; Interaction between Minnesota’s Workers’ Compensation System and ADA; and other developments in employment law. Jeff is also on the planning committees for the Minnesota State Bar Association Continuing Legal Educations’ Annual Upper Midwest Employment Law Institutes and also the Annual Upper Midwest Business Law Institute.
